Formerly a Senior Lecturer in Quality and Operations Management at the University of Canterbury’s College of Business and Law in Christchurch, Venkat plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic growth and development of Simply Lean. His extensive research skills ensure the company remains at the forefront of global developments in Continuous Improvement and Lean Thinking. He also offers additional expertise as a consulting resource, particularly around data analysis and improvement.

With his extensive experience directing the MBA Programme at the University of Canterbury, Venkat continues to contribute to Simply Lean’s management development initiatives. He holds a Senior Membership with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is certified as an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt. Venkat’s background includes roles in Quality Management, Manufacturing Management, and Process Improvement Management.
