Tony brings over 20 years of expertise from Rolls-Royce in the UK, where he excelled in Manufacturing Control, Logistics Management, and Business Improvement. Initially part of the Business Transformation Team for Civil Aerospace Operations, Tony later led the team, focusing on technical support and the development of Flow Lines for the Rolls Royce Trent engine family.
Since joining Simply Lean in 2010, Tony has collaborated closely with numerous organizations nationwide, developing their knowledge and systematic approach to continuous improvement based on Lean Thinking Principles. He is also a qualified management accountant and an accredited performance coach. Tony’s additional skills include Quality Management development for Fulton Hogan and Eco-Central, where he played a key role in implementing and re-accrediting ISO 9001 standards.
Tony contributes as a member of New Zealand Business Mentors and serves as a lecturer on Lean principles and Human Factors of Management at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch.
